Create Your Event Online
To make your rental process as smooth as possible, create your event online with us. Once you're signed up, you can save your favorite looks to your online portal.
Whether you're shopping for rentals for yourself or a larger group, you can assign individual looks to each person through your online account.
If you want to come to a Men's Wearhouse location after creating online, an in-store consultant can look up your event and pull your selections for you.

As the event manager on your online portal, you can also select looks or choose to pay for other members of your party. In addition, each member will also have access to the portal to manage their rental details, such as size or shipping information.

After placing your order online, your rental will arrive about 4-7 days before your event. Once you receive it, try it on right away. If there are any errors in your order, we'll replace it for free. We'll be available via phone, email, or online chat if you have any questions or concerns.
The day after your event, you'll need to return your rental. You can either ship it back to us at an approved shipping center with our free shipping label or return in-store at any Men's Wearhouse location.

If you ordered in-store, you'll need to pick up your order from a Men's Wearhouse near you. You can choose to pick up from any of our stores, so you can choose a location that's closer to home or your event—whatever is easiest for you.
