      GETTING STARTED

      How do I rent a suit or tux?

      Our experts have made it easy to look sharp for any occasion. Here's an overview of the process:

      Step 1: Choose your style.

      Start by reviewing the looks our professional stylists already have created. You can customize them by choosing accessories, patterns and colors—or build your signature style from scratch. BROWSE LOOKS

      Step 2: Create your account and get measured.

      Just enter your name, your email address and a password so you can save rental information, manage measurements and choose between wedding and special event options. For example, the wedding option will help you keep all your party members on track. CREATE AN ACCOUNTYour tux or suit should fit you well, so we make it easy to get the necessary measurements. You can either meet with one of our consultants in store or use our Online Fit Evaluator to measure yourself.GET MEASURED

      Step 3: Place an order.

      Once You've entered your measurements, click “Proceed to Checkout” where you can pay and choose how you want to receive your rentals. You can also send an email inviting your members to join your wedding party, get measured and place their orders.

      Step 4: Receive and return.

      You may choose to have your rentals delivered via mail to any of the 50 states. *  Your look will arrive in time to make any necessary changes before the event. If you ship to your address, it will arrive approximately 4 days before the event. Afterwards, return the tux the day after your event by dropping it off at the mailing location indicated on the free-shipping label we provide. *Please note that we cannot ship to Puerto Rico.

      What can I rent?

      You can choose from curated tuxedo and suit packages—or mix, match and create your own from scratch. Online reservations must include a jacket and pants, but we always recommend a complete package, right down to the shirt and shoes. BROWSE TOP LOOKS

      How do I get measured?

      Men’s Wearhouse offers multiple ways to help get your measurements:

      Come in store and have your measurements taken by one of our consultants. FIND A STORE OR,

      Use our Fit Evaluator to get measured in less than 60 seconds. USE FIT EVALUATOR

      You can also CONTACT US for additional support. 

      How far in advance should I rent my look?

      We recommend booking weddings at least 4 months in advance so that your party members have plenty of time to get measured. For other events, we suggest renting 30 days in advance.

      At a minimum, you’ll need to book your rentals at least 3-4 days before an event at one of our stores. For online reservations, you'll need to book your rentals at least 15 days before an event. GET STARTED

      How much does it cost to rent a tuxedo?

      You might be surprised to learn that our starting price for a 6-piece package is just $99.99. Depending on how you customize your look or what style you choose, prices will vary.

      When should I expect to receive my rentals?

      If you book online, we'll ship to your address in any of the 50 states, * and your rental will arrive approximately 4 days before your event. This will give you plenty of time to try it on and notify  CUSTOMER SERVICE of any concerns.

      If you order in-store or select our store pickup option, the rental will typically arrive 3-4 days prior to the event. You will receive an SMS notification when your rental has arrived in the store. Head over as soon as possible to try on your rental.

      However you choose to receive your rentals, you can be sure that we will work with you to get the perfect fit—guaranteed.

      *Please note that we cannot ship to Puerto Rico.

      When do I need to return the rental items?

      Please plan to return your rental order the day after your event at any of our Men's Wearhouse or Jos.A.Bank Store. Or, if we shipped your rental order to your home, be sure to drop it off the first business day after your event at the mailing location indicated on the free shipping label we provide.

      What if the tux or suit doesn’t fit?

      Let us know and we'll make it right! Call Customer Service at 1-866-211-0831 or contact us ONLINE immediately. We can make it right at a nearby store or send new garments right away. CONTACT US

      How do I manage my wedding group online?

      Log into your account (or create a new one) and visit your  RENTAL DASHBOARD in the MyAccount section. Here, you'll see the list of wedding events you created. Click an event to view the progress of your group members and send reminders (if needed.)

      You can also click on each member’s name to see more info about their reservations: when and if they’ve been measured, placed their order, received their rentals and returned them.

      How can I find my wedding event if I registered in-store?

      Log-in to your account (or create a new one) and visit your Rental Dashboard in the MyAccount section. Click the "Look Up a Wedding” link on the RENTAL DASHBOARD page. From there, you can enter your Group ID or search for your event by last name and event date to claim your event.

      How does your partnership with Jos. A. Bank work?

      Starting in May 2025, we are joining forces with Jos. A Bank to provide 800+ locations for you to:

      * Book your rental(s)

      * Get Fitted wherever is most convenient for you

      * Pick-up at the destination of your choice

      * Drop-off at the destination of your choice

      This is a great expansion to our service for wedding and other groups, or just for someone who needs the convenience of multiple locations. Visit your nearest Men’s Wearhouse or Jos. A. Bank store for full details.

      We carry top designer brands and customer favorites, including: VERA WANG, JOSEPH ABBOUD, CALVIN KLEIN, KENNETH COLE, PRONTO UOMO, JOSEPH & FEISS and EGARA.

      What accessory colors do you offer?

      We carry a wide range of colors for vests and ties—more than 70 colors, with thousands of color combinations.

      Can I customize my look?

      It's easy to create your own unique look; choose from our wide range of FORMALWEAR AND ACCESSORIES for your favorite color, pattern and style to create your own unique image.

      Do you have kids’ rentals?

      We do! We carry nearly every style in sizes 3-18.  

      Can I buy instead of rent?

      Yes, we have a separate collection of TUXEDOS AND SUITS available for you to purchase.

      FITTINGS & MEASUREMENTS

      How do I get measured?

      We offer two different services to help find your best fit- Just select the method that works best for you:

      What sizes do you carry?

      We carry both men’s and boys’ sizes:

      Men's sizes:

      Coats: We carry a wide range of coat sizes, starting at 34 short and going all the way up to 70 long. We also carry extra-long coats up to size 60. Sizes may vary by style.

      Pants: All our pants have adjustable waistbands. These start at a 27-inch waist and go up to a 70-inch waist. The length will be determined by your outseam (your waist to sole of shoe) measurement. Sizes may vary by style.

      Shirts: Our rental shirts come in different neck and sleeve sizes to ensure the best fit for you. Available neck sizes range from 14 to 24. We carry sleeve lengths as short as 32 and as long as 39.

      Vests: Most vest styles are available in sizes XS to 2XL. Selected styles are available up to 4XL. For larger sizes, we have a backless bib vest that attaches with adjustable straps at the neck and back.

      Kids sizes:

      We offer a wide range to accommodate almost all ages and sizes. CHOOSE LOOKS from sizes 3 to 18.

      What’s the different between Skinny, Slim, Modern, and Classic Fits?

      “Fit” is another name for a suit's cut—how snug or roomy it is. Style wise, there's no “wrong” fit; your choice depends on what fits your body type and what makes you feel comfortable and confident.

      A “Classic-fit” coat has a more generous cut throughout the chest and waist and features standard armholes and fuller sleeves. Classic fit pants have extra room at the waistline, hip, seat and leg.

      A “Modern-fit” coat provides a slightly more “fashion-forward” cut. In between the Classic and Slim fit, it has a slightly smaller waist than Classic fit. Modern-fit pants are flat-front and are a comfortable fit between Classic and Slim.

      In addition to these fits, we also offer a Skinny fit pant for customers who want the narrowest fit through the thigh and leg. Skinny fit is only available in select styles/sizes.

      Which one should I order- Slim or Modern fit?

      If you have a lean body and/or prefer your clothes to be more fitted, we recommend choosing Slim-fit.

      If you prefer a more traditional style or want a little more room, Modern fit is a good choice.

      When do I need to submit my measurements?

      If you are ordering online, be sure to submit your measurements and complete your tux or suit order at least 15 days prior to your big event.

      If you are ordering in a Men's Wearhouse or Jos.A.Bank store, you can place your order up to 14 days in advance for wedding party members, or 7 days in advance for individual special events, without incurring a rush fee.* Please note that for wedding parties, to make sure you get the style you want, we strongly encourage you to get measured and place your order within 30 days of booking your wedding. Please see CONDITIONS for more information about fees.

      What if I’m unsure about my measurements?

      If you are unsure about your measurements, we recommend getting MEASURED BY A PRO. If you have any additional questions or concerns regarding your measurements, CONTACT US and our customer service team will be happy to help!

      Can I make an adjustment to the already submitted measurements?

      Yes, adjustments can be made up to 15 days prior to your event by contacting CUSTOMER SERVICE or by VISITING A STORE.

      What if the tuxedo or suit doesn’t fit?

      Let us know and we'll make it right. Call Customer Service at 1-866-211-0831 or ONLINE with us immediately. We can make it right at a nearby store or send new garments right away. CONTACT US

      Do the pants come with an adjustable waistband?

      They do! All pants have adjustable waist bands so you can find the fit that feels best for you.

      SHIPPING AND PICKUP

      Where can you ship my rental items?

      For online rental orders:

      Want your order delivered to a residence, hotel or other venue? We can ship to a residence or venue as long as it's in the U.S.*, including Alaska and Hawaii.*Please note we cannot ship to a P.O. Box, Puerto Rico or internationally.

      Want to pick up your order in-store? We can ship your rental to any  MEN'S WEARHOUSE LOCATION or Jos.A.Bank LOCATION anywhere in the U.S., including Alaska and Hawaii.

      For in-store rental orders:

      If you order in-store, you'll need to pick up in-store. You can choose to pick it up at any one of our any MEN'S WEARHOUSE LOCATION or Jos.A.Bank LOCATION nationwide. It doesn't have to be the same location where you ordered it—just let us know where you would like to pick up when placing your order.

      Can I change the pick-up store or customer delivery address after I submit my order?

      Yes, you can contact CUSTOMER SERVICE or visit your any MEN'S WEARHOUSE LOCATION or Jos.A.Bank LOCATION to change the address. Make sure to do this at least 15 days prior to your event, or the items may already have shipped.

      When should I expect to receive my rentals?

      If you book online, we'll ship to your address in any of the 50 states, * and your rental will arrive approximately 4 days before your event. This will give you plenty of time to try it on and notify CUSTOMER SERVICE of any concerns.

      If you order in-store or select our store pickup option, the rental will typically arrive 3-4 days prior to the event. One of our consultants will have you try on your rental immediately. However you choose to receive your rentals, you can be sure that we will work with you to get the perfect fit—guaranteed!

      Can you accommodate a destination wedding?

      Yes, we will ship to any of the 50 states. * Our consultants can help you determine where to ship your rentals or arrange an extended rental to suit your needs (charges may apply for extended rentals).

      Is shipping free?

      Yes, shipping is free both ways.

      Do you offer rush orders?

      We offer rush delivery* for new last-minute orders placed in-store. Please note that this is not available online. Also, depending on your deadline, not all looks may be available.

      What if my tuxedo or suit rental arrives wrinkled?

      Our specialized packaging is designed so you receive your garment in ready-to-wear condition. However, you can also take your tux or suit to any MEN'S WEARHOUSE LOCATION or  Jos.A.Bank LOCATIONto have stream pressed for FREE.

      RETURN OR DROP OFF

      When do I need to return the rental items?

      If you picked up at a store, please plan to return your rental order the day after your event at any of MEN'S WEARHOUSE LOCATION or Jos.A.Bank LOCATION OR,

      if we shipped your rental order to your home, be sure to drop it off the first business day after your event at the mailing location indicated on the free shipping label we provide. If you prefer, you can drop it off at any MEN'S WEARHOUSE LOCATION or Jos.A.Bank LOCATION

      What happens if I lose my rental?

      You will be charged the replacement cost for the missing items. For more information, please see our TERMS & CONDITIONS.

      If I can’t return by the return date, what happens?

      There is a $20 Late fee per day if the rental is not returned by the return date.

      If you return your rental package but there are one or more items missing, you will be charged the replacement cost of the item(s). For replacement costs, please see our TERMS & CONDITIONS

      Do I have to return my rental to the same store where I picked it up?

      No, you can return your rental to any MEN'S WEARHOUSE LOCATION or Jos.A.Bank LOCATION

      How can I get a new return label if I lose it?

      You can contact CUSTOMER SERVICE for a replacement label.

      How do I return a replacement garment (a re-order) if it was sent to me separately from my initial order?

      Return your item in the box along with your original order or drop it off at your local Men's Wearhouse.

      The original box can hold two full rentals if they are packed without the “capsule,” the cardboard tube we include to prevent wrinkling. However, if you're having trouble fitting the rentals in the original box, leave out the capsules.

      ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

      Can I change the style or size of my rental items after I submit my order?

      Yes. You may make changes to your order by contacting CUSTOMER SERVICE or by visiting a store. Note that Style Change Order fees may apply. For more information, see our TERMS & CONDITIONS.

      How do I cancel my rental reservation?

      To cancel your reservation, contact CUSTOMER SERVICE or visit a store.

      How do I cancel my wedding group?

      You can cancel your wedding group by contacting CUSTOMER SERVICE or by visiting a store. Cancellation fees may apply. For more information, see our TERMS & CONDITIONS.

      PAYMENT AND BILLING

      What are the payment requirements at the time of reserving my rental?

      The full balance of your rental is due when committing your rental in store. If any changes are made to your rental that change the price (such as adding additional items) any remaining balance would be due at the time of pick-up.

      Online customers must submit a valid credit card for authorization to secure a reservation. The credit card will not be charged until the rental ships.

      Please note that once a payment is initiated at one brand (Men’s Wearhouse or Jos. A. Bank), then all future payment transactions for that rental must occur at that same brand. However you can still choose to ship your rental to the brand of your choice.

      When do I get charged?

      If you placed your order online, you will be charged when your order is shipped.

      Can I pay for my rental reservation online if I placed my order in-store?

      If there is any remaining balance to be paid on your Men’s Wearhouse rental, it can be paid online  HERE.

      If you had a rental that had payment initiated at a Jos. A. Bank location, you can make payment for that rental here(HERE).

      If you want to check out for a reservation made online, follow these instructions:

      Step 1: Click your event in your RENTAL DASHBOARD.

      Step 2: Click Next: Proceed to Checkout.

      Note: If you don't see the Proceed to Checkout button, you can also add your reservation to your cart by selecting your name and then selecting Proceed to Checkout from the Order step on your progress bar.

      How do I pay for multiple reservations in my group at the same time?

      If you created your group online, you may pay for members of your party using the Group Manager. Here's how:

      Step 1: Click your event in your RENTAL DASHBOARD.

      Step 2: Click Next: Proceed to Checkout From here, select the individuals that you would like to add to your cart.

      Note: If you don't see the Proceed to Checkout button, you can also add individuals to your cart by selecting their name and then selectingProceed to Checkout from the Order step on their progress bar.

      If you created your group in-store, you may make a payment HERE.

      Please note that you will not be able to pay for any rentals where the payment was initiated at a Jos. A. Bank location.

      Are there any extra fees I need to know about?

      Yes, please see our TERMS & CONDITIONS for more information regarding fees.

      Do I get charged if I am late for returning my rental?

      Yes, the Late fee is $20 per day. Please see our TERMS & CONDITIONS for more information on fees.

      Will I be charged if there is any damage to the rental items?

      Minor damages are covered by the nonrefundable Damage and Handling fee. However, if we determine that a rental is damaged beyond repair you will be charged the full replacement cost of the item(s).

      What happens If I don't return all the rental items for my event?

      You will be charged the replacement cost for any missing items. Please see our TERMS & CONDITIONS for more information.

      WEDDING GROUP MANAGEMENT

      How do I create my wedding group?

      It's easy to create your wedding group in-store or online.

      To create your group in-store, please MAKE AN APPOINTMENT with one of our expert consultants.

      To create your group online, follow these steps:

      Step 1: Visit the FIND YOUR STYLE page.

      Step 2: Choose your look.On the Find Your Style page, browse styles and put together the perfect look for your wedding. Once you find the look you love, select Rent This Look.

      Step 3: Create your account or sign in to a pre-existing account.Continue to sign-in or create your account On the Confirmation page, click Continue to go to the account sign in page.

      Step 4:  Create your event.

      Once you are signed in, select + New Event.Proceed from here to finish creating your wedding group.

      When should I create my wedding group?

      We recommend booking weddings at least 4 months in advance so your party members have plenty of time to get measured. At a minimum, if you're reserving online, you'll need to book your rentals at least 15 days before your event. GET STARTED

      If your event is less than 15 days away, visit one of our stores for assistance. (Rush fees may apply.)

      How do I manage my wedding group that I created online?

      Log into your account and visit your RENTAL DASHBOARD in the My Account section. Under Events, you will see the wedding event you created.

      Click on the event to view the progress of your group members and send reminders if needed.

      You can also click on each party members' name to see more info about their reservations: when and if they've been measured, placed their orders, received their rentals and returned them.

      I created my wedding group in-store. Can I manage it online?

      Yes, follow these steps:

      Step 1: Log into your account (or create a new one).

      Step 2: Visit your Rental Dashboard in the My Account section.

      Step 3: Under EVENTS, click the LOOK UP A WEDDING link. From there, you can enter your Group ID or search for your event by last name and event date to claim your event.

      Once you have claimed your event, you can view the progress of your group members and send reminders if needed or add new group members that you may have missed.

      You can also click on each party members' name to see more info about their reservations: when and if they've been measured, placed their orders, received their rentals and returned them.

      I created my wedding in-store. Can I add/edit/remove reservations for my wedding event after I created it in store?

      Currently, you cannot modify your wedding event online if it was created in-store. You can make changes by going into your local Men's Wearhouse or Jos.A.Bank store by contacting CUSTOMER SERVICE.

      Can I make a change to my wedding group members?

      Sure, you can make changes to your wedding group members up to 14 days prior to your event date without any fees. Any style changes made less than 14 days before the event will be subject to a Style Change Order fee ($20 per order). Please see our TERMS & CONDITIONS for more information.

      If you booked your group online, you may make changes to your group using the Group Manager- if the orders have not already been committed (this means you have checked out online and submitted measurements and sizes).

      If you booked your group in-store or if the orders have already been committed either in-store or online, you will need to go into a store to make changes or CONTACT US.

      How can I check the status of my group members' orders?

      Use the Group Manager on our website.

      If you booked online, all you need to do is go to your RENTAL DASHBOARD and select your event. This will take you to the Group Manager where you can see the status of every member in your party.

      If you booked in-store, follow these steps:

      Step 1: Go to your RENTAL DASHBOARD. You will need to sign in or create an account if you don't have one yet.

      Step 2: Link your event.Once at your RENTAL DASHBOARD, you will need to link your event by selecting LOOK UP A WEDDING, under EVENTS. Enter your Group ID or search for your event by last name and event date to claim your event. This will add your event to the Group Manager where you can see the status of every member in your party.

      Go to any Men's Wearhouse or Jos.A.Bank store to check the status of your group members.

      As a group manager, can I pay for somebody else?

      Yes. For existing in-store reservations, refer to MAKE A PAYMENT.

      Note: The Make a Payment function should NOT be used for groups booked online.

      If you created your group online, you may pay for members of your party using the Group Manager. Here's how:

      Step 1: Click your event in your RENTAL DASHBOARD.

      Log into your account (or create one) and click on “my events” to locate your event. Select the event from this page.

      Step 2: Click “Next: Proceed to Checkout" 

      From the rental dashboard on the chosen event, select the individuals that you would like to add to your cart.

      Note: If you don't see the “Proceed to Checkout” button, you can also add individuals to your cart by selecting their name and then selecting Proceed to Checkout from the Order step on their progress bar.

      What is the difference between a wedding group number and reservation number?

      Reservation numbers are assigned to every individual’s order, while the group number is used to keep track of the entire group.

      How does the wedding rental promotion work?

      6 Paid: With 6 fully paid rental packages (which include at a minimum coat, pants, shirt, tie, and jewelry) for your group, get $250 towards a rental, purchase, or custom look. Coupon will be emailed 14 days before event, will expire 30 days after event, and is non-transferrable. See coupon for additional terms.

      $250 Credit Coupon: Void if 6 Paid requirements are unmet. Coupon can be used towards $250 off either your rental, retail, or custom purchase at a Men's wearhouse location. Coupons applied to a rental transaction exclude any rush fees, late fees, or lost item replacement costs. Coupons applied to a retail purchase exclude clearance items, shoes, alterations, and gift cards. No cash value. May not be applied toward the payment of Perfect Fit® credit card account balances. Coupon is one time use only and non-transferrable. Must be used in a single new purchase; any unused portion will be forfeited. Customers returning items purchased with this coupon will forfeit the portion of the discount used for those items; the Men's Wearhouse return policy will apply to the remainder of the purchase. Product selection varies by store and online. Not combinable with any other offer, redeemable in-store only. Offer can be modified or cancelled anytime. Expires 30 days after event.

      SPECIAL EVENTS GROUP MANAGEMENT

      Can I make a group for a corporate or special event?

      Who should wear a tux at my wedding?

      Anyone you want in your wedding photos should be dressed to the nines—including the you, your party members, immediate family members, and ushers. But what about the officiant, entertainers, photographers and videographers? It's up to you—but in our humble opinion, there's no such thing as looking too good.

      Should my prom/formal outfit match my date's dress?

      That's up to you and your date—within reason. Coordinating with your date is terrific, but you can also opt for the timeless black and white look. Let your personal style shine through!

      When can I wear a white dinner jacket?

      The customary season for white is Memorial Day through Labor Day, and a traditionalist would tell you to wear it only during the day. They might even change into a black tuxedo coat around 5:00 or 6:00 PM. But these are modern times, and now it's generally acceptable to wear a white jacket throughout your event.

      If your attendants are wearing white jackets, transport the jackets in garment bags—and consider taking the wedding photos before the ceremony. White jackets attract everything that isn't white: makeup, punch, food—you get the idea.

      Should the wedding party wear vests or cummerbunds?

      That's up to you, but we have a few observations. Formal vests are much more popular than cummerbunds right now, and they have a more 'finished' look than cummerbunds. When the jacket is removed during the reception, a vest keeps them looking polished.

      What about wearing tailcoats?

      Tailcoats, or 'tails,' are the most formal of all formal attire. They are only worn for evening events. They usually require a white pique shirt, a white pique vest and a matching bow tie. Invitations that call for this look may read 'Black Tie No Option' or 'White Tie.'

      What does it mean when an invitation says 'Black Tie Invited?'

      This is a slightly more forceful request than 'Black Tie Optional.' It means you should wear formal attire (a tuxedo and accessories) if possible.

      Are all rental looks black? What if I need a different color to match my wedding colors?

      These colors are the only appropriate hues for adults to wear on formal occasions. Trust us: Nothing dates your wedding photos faster than an unconventional tuxedo color. On the other hand, a black tuxedo represents timeless elegance—and it won't clash with any wedding palette.

      Should all members of a wedding party wear matching tuxedos?

      That's up to you. Many want a personalized look so they can stand out from the pack. If subtlety is your goal, try differentiating your look with unique accessories (vest, tie, pocket square, jewelry and socks).
