Step 2: Create your account and get measured.
Just enter your name, your email address and a password so you can save rental information, manage measurements and choose between wedding and special event options. For example, the wedding option will help you keep all your party members on track. CREATE AN ACCOUNTYour tux or suit should fit you well, so we make it easy to get the necessary measurements. You can either meet with one of our consultants in store or use our Online Fit Evaluator to measure yourself.GET MEASURED
Step 3: Place an order.
Once You've entered your measurements, click “Proceed to Checkout” where you can pay and choose how you want to receive your rentals. You can also send an email inviting your members to join your wedding party, get measured and place their orders.
Step 4: Receive and return.
You may choose to have your rentals delivered via mail to any of the 50 states. * Your look will arrive in time to make any necessary changes before the event. If you ship to your address, it will arrive approximately 4 days before the event. Afterwards, return the tux the day after your event by dropping it off at the mailing location indicated on the free-shipping label we provide. *Please note that we cannot ship to Puerto Rico.

We recommend booking weddings at least 4 months in advance so that your party members have plenty of time to get measured. For other events, we suggest renting 30 days in advance.

If you book online, we'll ship to your address in any of the 50 states, * and your rental will arrive approximately 4 days before your event. This will give you plenty of time to try it on and notify CUSTOMER SERVICE of any concerns.
If you order in-store or select our store pickup option, the rental will typically arrive 3-4 days prior to the event. You will receive an SMS notification when your rental has arrived in the store. Head over as soon as possible to try on your rental.
However you choose to receive your rentals, you can be sure that we will work with you to get the perfect fit—guaranteed.

Log into your account (or create a new one) and visit your RENTAL DASHBOARD in the MyAccount section. Here, you'll see the list of wedding events you created. Click an event to view the progress of your group members and send reminders (if needed.)
You can also click on each member’s name to see more info about their reservations: when and if they’ve been measured, placed their order, received their rentals and returned them.

We carry both men’s and boys’ sizes:
Men's sizes:
Coats: We carry a wide range of coat sizes, starting at 34 short and going all the way up to 70 long. We also carry extra-long coats up to size 60. Sizes may vary by style.
Pants: All our pants have adjustable waistbands. These start at a 27-inch waist and go up to a 70-inch waist. The length will be determined by your outseam (your waist to sole of shoe) measurement. Sizes may vary by style.
Shirts: Our rental shirts come in different neck and sleeve sizes to ensure the best fit for you. Available neck sizes range from 14 to 24. We carry sleeve lengths as short as 32 and as long as 39.
Vests: Most vest styles are available in sizes XS to 2XL. Selected styles are available up to 4XL. For larger sizes, we have a backless bib vest that attaches with adjustable straps at the neck and back.
Kids sizes:
We offer a wide range to accommodate almost all ages and sizes. CHOOSE LOOKS from sizes 3 to 18.
“Fit” is another name for a suit's cut—how snug or roomy it is. Style wise, there's no “wrong” fit; your choice depends on what fits your body type and what makes you feel comfortable and confident.
A “Classic-fit” coat has a more generous cut throughout the chest and waist and features standard armholes and fuller sleeves. Classic fit pants have extra room at the waistline, hip, seat and leg.
A “Modern-fit” coat provides a slightly more “fashion-forward” cut. In between the Classic and Slim fit, it has a slightly smaller waist than Classic fit. Modern-fit pants are flat-front and are a comfortable fit between Classic and Slim.
In addition to these fits, we also offer a Skinny fit pant for customers who want the narrowest fit through the thigh and leg. Skinny fit is only available in select styles/sizes.
If you have a lean body and/or prefer your clothes to be more fitted, we recommend choosing Slim-fit.
If you prefer a more traditional style or want a little more room, Modern fit is a good choice.
If you are ordering online, be sure to submit your measurements and complete your tux or suit order at least 15 days prior to your big event.
If you are ordering in a Men's Wearhouse or Jos.A.Bank store, you can place your order up to 14 days in advance for wedding party members, or 7 days in advance for individual special events, without incurring a rush fee.* Please note that for wedding parties, to make sure you get the style you want, we strongly encourage you to get measured and place your order within 30 days of booking your wedding. The original box can hold two full rentals if they are packed without the “capsule,” the cardboard tube we include to prevent wrinkling. However, if you're having trouble fitting the rentals in the original box, leave out the capsules.

The full balance of your rental is due when committing your rental in store. If any changes are made to your rental that change the price (such as adding additional items) any remaining balance would be due at the time of pick-up.
Online customers must submit a valid credit card for authorization to secure a reservation. The credit card will not be charged until the rental ships.
Please note that once a payment is initiated at one brand (Men’s Wearhouse or Jos. A. Bank), then all future payment transactions for that rental must occur at that same brand. However you can still choose to ship your rental to the brand of your choice.
If you placed your order online, you will be charged when your order is shipped.
If there is any remaining balance to be paid on your Men’s Wearhouse rental, it can be paid online HERE.
If you had a rental that had payment initiated at a Jos. A. Bank location, you can make payment for that rental here(HERE).

Minor damages are covered by the nonrefundable Damage and Handling fee. However, if we determine that a rental is damaged beyond repair you will be charged the full replacement cost of the item(s).

To create your group in-store, please MAKE AN APPOINTMENT with one of our expert consultants.
To create your group online, follow these steps:
Step 1: Visit the FIND YOUR STYLE page.
Step 2: Choose your look.On the Find Your Style page, browse styles and put together the perfect look for your wedding. Once you find the look you love, select Rent This Look.
Step 3: Create your account or sign in to a pre-existing account.Continue to sign-in or create your account On the Confirmation page, click Continue to go to the account sign in page.
Step 4: Create your event.
Once you are signed in, select + New Event.Proceed from here to finish creating your wedding group.

Currently, you cannot modify your wedding event online if it was created in-store. You can make changes by going into your local Men's Wearhouse or Jos.A.Bank store by contacting CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Sure, you can make changes to your wedding group members up to 14 days prior to your event date without any fees. Any style changes made less than 14 days before the event will be subject to a Style Change Order fee ($20 per order). Please see our TERMS & CONDITIONS for more information.
If you booked your group online, you may make changes to your group using the Group Manager- if the orders have not already been committed (this means you have checked out online and submitted measurements and sizes).
If you booked your group in-store or if the orders have already been committed either in-store or online, you will need to go into a store to make changes or CONTACT US.

If you booked online, all you need to do is go to your RENTAL DASHBOARD and select your event. This will take you to the Group Manager where you can see the status of every member in your party.
If you booked in-store, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to your RENTAL DASHBOARD. You will need to sign in or create an account if you don't have one yet.
Step 2: Link your event.Once at your RENTAL DASHBOARD, you will need to link your event by selecting LOOK UP A WEDDING, under EVENTS. Enter your Group ID or search for your event by last name and event date to claim your event. This will add your event to the Group Manager where you can see the status of every member in your party.

If you created your group online, you may pay for members of your party using the Group Manager. Here's how:

Log into your account (or create one) and click on “my events” to locate your event. Select the event from this page.
Step 2: Click “Next: Proceed to Checkout"
From the rental dashboard on the chosen event, select the individuals that you would like to add to your cart.
Note: If you don't see the “Proceed to Checkout” button, you can also add individuals to your cart by selecting their name and then selecting Proceed to Checkout from the Order step on their progress bar.
Reservation numbers are assigned to every individual’s order, while the group number is used to keep track of the entire group.
6 Paid: With 6 fully paid rental packages (which include at a minimum coat, pants, shirt, tie, and jewelry) for your group, get $250 towards a rental, purchase, or custom look. Anyone you want in your wedding photos should be dressed to the nines—including the you, your party members, immediate family members, and ushers. But what about the officiant, entertainers, photographers and videographers? It's up to you—but in our humble opinion, there's no such thing as looking too good.
That's up to you and your date—within reason. Coordinating with your date is terrific, but you can also opt for the timeless black and white look. Let your personal style shine through!
The customary season for white is Memorial Day through Labor Day, and a traditionalist would tell you to wear it only during the day. They might even change into a black tuxedo coat around 5:00 or 6:00 PM. But these are modern times, and now it's generally acceptable to wear a white jacket throughout your event.
If your attendants are wearing white jackets, transport the jackets in garment bags—and consider taking the wedding photos before the ceremony. White jackets attract everything that isn't white: makeup, punch, food—you get the idea.
That's up to you, but we have a few observations. Formal vests are much more popular than cummerbunds right now, and they have a more 'finished' look than cummerbunds. When the jacket is removed during the reception, a vest keeps them looking polished.
Tailcoats, or 'tails,' are the most formal of all formal attire. They are only worn for evening events. They usually require a white pique shirt, a white pique vest and a matching bow tie. Invitations that call for this look may read 'Black Tie No Option' or 'White Tie.'
This is a slightly more forceful request than 'Black Tie Optional.' It means you should wear formal attire (a tuxedo and accessories) if possible.

These colors are the only appropriate hues for adults to wear on formal occasions. Trust us: Nothing dates your wedding photos faster than an unconventional tuxedo color. On the other hand, a black tuxedo represents timeless elegance—and it won't clash with any wedding palette.
That's up to you. Many want a personalized look so they can stand out from the pack. If subtlety is your goal, try differentiating your look with unique accessories (vest, tie, pocket square, jewelry and socks).
